Good experience in Insurance, work well with others. respectful. LM have a good culture of expecting employees to be kind and respectful OVER being successful. Its not what you do its how you do it. I meet with hiring manager for a coffee, then had 3 phone interviews with various team members, I was just expecting another call to interview when I got a call to offer - great!! Key for me was to ensure an upbeat conversations, a lot of LM folks are form other companies bought by LM, a lot of older people working here so fresh and upbeat is good.
