I responded I have set up quality systems in multiple locations at PCA's operations, supply chain and customer tracking for root cause analysis and CPAR. It is able to generate reports for business units in financial impact, trends, and audits. It is a living dynamic system that can respond to new acquisitions and industry defects. I developed and provided training to every level of our organization, wrote SOP's and responded to concerns. This included on going business user acceptance testing, implementation of new fields and owners.
