Planned event that was to initially bring in employees. Weather was a huge factor in our success. Snow prevented a large attendance to the one planned venue. With the contact list available we were able to invite those not in attendance but committed a local invite to nearest store. This was appreciated and turned out to be successful. Our hiring events added 10% to our staffing.
