This is a tricky question for the simple fact that there are plenty of people coming into the interview process who don't make nearly as much money at their current positions. Therefore, I suggest being honest, but not to seem too excited at the minimum base salary and minimum commission payouts. That is definitely something that, according to 4 or 5 managers that I've spoken with, have disqualified some of the people who have applied.
