What is your expectation from the administration.

My expectation from administration is to be supported and encouraged. If I am observed and need to work on something I take the criticism, but would like to be supported by being asked if today was an off day, given a chance to explain, or just offered advice from administration as the best way to improve.

I was not sure how to answer this question. I was honestly certain this was a trick question. Say something unfavorable and out you go. Why is this such a dog and pony show?
