I explained that as my resume stated, and as I stated during my phone interview, and in the six bullet point letter they requested, that my experience in warehousing was minimal but I met or exceeded every other qualification (so they set up the interview). The moment they saw me they were no longer interested. All they had to go on at that point was my demographics- which was not "like them."
