I have worked with many different personalities throughout my career. In my roles as an Operations Coordinator and Executive Assistant, I interacted with team members, managers, and partners who had unique work styles. I learned to be flexible, patient, and clear in my communication to work well with everyone. My experience in customer service at retail stores also taught me how to handle different people, even in stressful situations. This has helped me become good at supporting and working with a variety of people smoothly.
