My greatest weakness is some time the stresses of a job can get to me, but they have not and will not stop me from completing the tasks at hand. When this happens I take a step back to access the situation and take a moment to gather myself, and then if need be I develop a new approach to the situation. After I complete the task I make it a point to try and learn something from the situation.
