My management style focuses on employee engagement and teamwork. Employees who are engaged in their work are more likely to be productive, efficient, loyal, and produce good work, so it is important that everyone on the team knows their role, understands how their own work impacts the product and the company, and understands why they are critical to the success of the team. This also helps the team develop good working relationships with one another. Teamwork is essential, so I work with the group as a whole to help them understand how their work supports the work of others on the team and why it is important for them to work together towards our goals.
