I have spent most of my adult life working in electrical supervision , either as a foreman, general foreman, or As a i/e q/c inspector. I earned my first supervision roll from leading by example, but the most important thing I have learned is people will work to the best of their abilities when you show them respect, treat them as adults, and when you give them a task make sure they feel its important. They believe that you trust them , its human nature to try and please someone who gives you a chance to prove yourself especially someone who treats you as a brother
