I like to have fun at work. I'm all about getting the job done and getting things done but doing it in a fun atmosphere. My employees can work anywhere they want at the wages they're being paid so working for me has to be a better environment but at the same time the results have to be maximized. I'm firm if I need to be but more often than not I don't need to be and when I am firm my team is responsive and listens to me.
