The Recruiter had given me an hourly range that Paycom typically pays their new hire security officers. I had told the Recruiter, and the Area Manager during my interview, that I was comfortable and satisfied with the hourly wage that the Recruiter had suggested, and I said that I wanted only to be paid what was fair and in-line with what Paycom had paid their other newly-hired security officers.
