I find that giving a non money related answer first and then going hard into the money is more appropriate. For example: great benefits and a good work environment is a great motivator but ultimately the financial aspect is key. We are in sales its about the money.. and knowing the onky thing standing between me and financial stability is myself! Thats a great motivator for myself, the sky is the limit so this position would be amazing.
