Turning down the offer at ECS was a blessing for you. They want to know if you are motivated to work 80 hours a week at a nominal salary and carrot on a string bonus plan.

As a former employee, I totally agree with the response above, turning down the offer was a blessing for you. And I totally agree with the low salary and carrot on a string bonus system. Terrible place to work.
