I would honestly prefer a fast-paced working environment because the last thing I want is to be bored or set in one position without the potential to learn more. I was most attracted to this company and this position in particular because of the projected growth potential, mentor-ship opportunities, the high quality brand, corporate environment and the friendly, open working environment.
