This was difficult because I had no projects. Due to poor service levels and low staffing, I was on the phones doing agent functions That di not impress the interviewers. I did have a P&C license but that was not enough. Also one of the interviewers was in a rush because the room was needed for another meeting and she was also late for an employee off site event.
