Lots of cold-calling experience (they responded that they're not interested in seeming "like salespeople" and this is an "engineering centric firm" according to their CEO (this is slightly paraphrasing) Don't mention what part of town you're from. I was twice asked where I lived, followed by commentary by the head of sales and a LOT of eye-rolling to emphasize what he thought about that part of the bay area. While showing me the office, he loudly noted to the office where I lived to the company. I'm sure this was an effort to explain why they wouldn't hire me. It's a seriously biased office. Make sure you live in Berkeley or Oakland, or don't bother applying. They're not hiring people from SF, despite any reviews you read here. Don't waste your time like I did.
