I did great on the interview and first mock lesson, on the second mock lesson, the evaluator wasnt the friendliest and was very difficult to please. For the older lesson, she stated she was 8 with conversational English, no way! There was no way an 8 year old would have that great of English skills...so that through me. I don't think I did that great. It's been a full day and I don't have any feedback or denial or hiring email. They say 1-2 days but have always gotten back quickly so I'm not holding my breath. She asked me questions about why I choose to do a slide a certain way, and I explained (being an ESL teacher) why and she completely disagreed with me. Honestly I'm sure she never had classroom experience. How long did it take you to get a final response?
