Whatnot General Manager interview questions

The process was find at the start, but overly cumbersome. I spoke to a recruiter, then had three rounds of interviews with GMs for different categories. My only main gripe comes from the case study. They ask for a pretty substantial case study and give you 5 days to complete once sent, with no guarantee that your interview process will continue. I did not hear back for 11 days after submission and reaching out, when they guarantee they will get back within three days. Overall enjoyed the team I spoke to and thought that they are doing well/have good cash flows. Incredibly disappointed with the recruiter and lack of an opportunity to speak to the presentation, which other reviews here have called out. There were also supposed to be 2-3 rounds after the case totaling 7-8 different interviews and asks.

Recruiter and people were nice however the case study was extreme from a time perspective. Spent 20+ hours on it with no feedback. Almost felt like they were fishing for ideas. Wouldn’t recommend if you’re unsure about the company/role overall as it’s a big time suck
