1. Karat technical interview (pretty much as many questions as you can get through, first one prob LC easy and then LC mediums after that) 2. Recruiter Phone Screen 3. Technical Interview 1 (2 coding questions, first one didn't really feel LC but the second one was prob LC med) 4. Technical Interview 2 + Behavioral (not really a LC-style question, behavioral is based on their principles + product) 5. Reference Check (1-2 manager references)
The process for me was extremely fast (~1 week). I appreciated how responsive my recruiter was and how quickly I was moved forward with next steps after each round. All the interviewers were really friendly and I had a lot of time to ask questions after the technical problems. I would assume there might be some variance for the Karat interview since it's outsourced, but I was pretty lucky that my Karat interviewer was super nice as well. They gave a pretty flexible offer deadline and were very accommodating about extensions.
