When do you think Customer Service should start?

I believe customer service starts the second the customer pulls into the property. If they see a run down mess, they will think the inside looks the same and won't want to come in. A clean, well maintained grounds provides an inviting atmosphere. It invites the customer in to have a look around. From there, it is the CAR's job to make sure that the customer feels welcome and leaves happy.
