VISA doesn't follow industry standard and they will not tell you unless you asked them. I told them I am more interested in Program Manager as that is the higher level. But I was surprised to find out from one of their VP that Program Manager is the lower position. So I LOST interest as I was looking for higher position. In order to respect everyone's time, I continued the interview and didn't try to impress anyone to get the job. All questions were standard that you can find online or glassdoor.com For those who are applying for the Program Manager's position, be careful. Also, a Program Manager works for the Project Manager and salary is below 90K.
