If I may assume that they are both themselves in the battle, then they would both win. The reason is because they have a common reason for being the super heroes that they are, and they fight because their beloved family were harmed and they set out to equalize injustice and bring light to the darkness. When they realize that they both fight for the same reason, the conflict would be resolved and they will join forces to solve a bigger problem for a better cause.
