You have to answer showing a passion and some sort of hands on interest on EHR. Note on your proctor interview, I believe the proctor only guards to ensure you do not cheat, but doesnt actually grade your answer. When I was in Epic, they were in the phase of not hiring, so the bar has indirectly been raised but not on quality of candidate.
