Having studied the person specification and job description for this role, I feel I have the skills, qualities and attributes to carry out the job to a very high standard. I also feel the role will give me a new, fresh challenge; something which I have been looking for, for some time now. Having studied your company in detail, there seems to be a full found history about the products sold here and how it first started. Learning the history of the restaurant gave me insight of what kind of company I woyld like to work for. A thriving and great value and service given from previous employers over the years. I would like to strive to deliver high standard for this company giving high standard quality to customer care.
