Growing up Delta was my families airline of choice. Once I got older and traveled on my own because of Spirit's awesome prices I decided to give Spirit a try. The customer service by the flight attendants were great and helped me with my bloody nose which was the only time I have ever had that happen to me. They were checking on me and so professional and friendly I have made Spirit the only airline I will fly. That kind of service did more than any ad campaign could and my goal as a flight attendant is to provide that 5-Star service that will bring customers coming back. Having a smile and treating the customer with excellent service doesn't cost a thing. I don't want to be just another flight attendant I want to be one that in an age with everyone having a camera being proud of what someone films because I am surprising them with the extra touches of customer service.
