I explained my role as an Assistant Director of Admissions for a college I worked and I used his same template of an example in regards to how many dials you may make in a day, to applicants, to accepted/financially planned, to new student(s) starting, and on wards to graduation. I also stating that I kept positive because I treated everyone I spoke to the way I wanted to be treated and walked them thru the processes the way I had wished someone had done for me when I was going to college. So I essentially used my not great experiences as a means to show understanding of the role and how to do it better than anything I have seen.
