The position opened up during the time that I was completing my performance evaluation and one of my goals was to do a task outside my box to better serve SSM. So I asked myself, how can I better serve SSM? My current position was secretary to the Director of Nursing of Administration and I thought, what better way to serve SSM than to extend my reach to assist our CNO / VP of Nursing.
