If coming from another bank or broker/dealer etc I would answer the culture is easily conducive to doing business. Lots of referrals from bankers and mortgage people if you know how to make friends and reciprocate in the referral process. You can't solely rely on cold calling your book all day so you need a team that you can train to help you identify opportunities for you. PNC does offer that whereas other banks do not.
