I worked for them in Seattle and they have no respect for non exempt employees. They bought out JCI. They promised us the moon. They talked about how they were expanding and needed more people. They'd hire a batch of people and then when they were trained they'd lay off a batch of people--mainly former JCI employees. This happened more than once.
