Im interested in this opportunity. I loved working for a start up business and find the challenges rewarding and educational. Also, the "cons" I read through I feel are minor and should be expected. It's never going to be perfect but with effort and a collaborative attitude you can work with those around you using your available resources to bridge the gap.
