Because there are a huge variety of departments to look at as a customer. As an employee, I would feel great about myself being able to keep every shopper satisfied with their experience while being amazed on everything Menards has to offer. To me, that describes all of what I did in my previous job experiences.

Because I've been to other Home Improvement stores and quite honestly the customer service skills were awful! Menards has this right. you walk in the store and you are greeted right away.
