I did not get an offer as stated and I'm kind of glad I didn't. I've worked with employers who haven't followed their own rules, I do not wish to do it again. While I can't paint the entire organization with the same brush, as I only have the above experience; I can say that if "core values" are only for show, even in some regions; what good are they? Integrity still matters to a lot of people.
