From my understanding of the key requirements for this position having a deep understanding of continuous improvement cycles is one of my key strengths. In my previous role i had the privilege to lead projects to improve team members awareness of how to improve and the impact it has on customer experience. We do that by putting them at the centre of every project we do. No just about what's in it for me, but what's in it for US.
