I work hard to be the best at what I do, what ever I'm doing. I'm fun, easy to get along with and I don't just go along I try to find better more efficient ways to get tasks acomplished. I respect authority and try to learn as much as I can from my superiors. I've worked a few different jobs and became very good at all of them. I can learn things in many different ways but my favorite way to learn is hands on training. I like to be able to see exactly how it's done and be able to ask questions why it needs to be done. Once I have figured how and why somethings operating I can fix it and make it better. All in all I think I would be a great hire because I'm young and enthusiastic but I also have great work experience in various different things.
