Not sure what other people's motivating factors are, but mine are "from the outside looking in". Booz employees (to me) seem to have the core values I find most appealing: Integrity, Competence and Professionalism. Certain contracts and programs have the appeal of purpose--in fact, a lot of their contracts do. Perhaps you want to contribute and feel you have something special to offer. Beyond that, they have many opportunities for personal and professional development.
