Question 1
Grammar and spelling test.
Excel test.
Hour long interview with two managers asked what I thought the job entailed and about how different roles worked together. Then lots of behavioural questions.
A short but good interview process, including a call with HR and one with the prospective boss. I was offered the position within a few weeks of starting the application process.

Question 1
What experience do you have with customer service?
Not a formal interview, but an introductory call. Was great to learn about the company and expectations for the role even if it ended up not being the right fit for me.
The interview was quick and not very informational. I felt like I was just some other name to be crossed off the list. They also never told me that I wasn't chosen until after I asked them.
