Had an initial screener with HR. Then met with 4 people of varying levels of seniority in person from the research department. Discussed general background, and some specific questions around analyst skillsets.

Question 1
They asked me to think about the types of questions an analyst might ask in a hypothetical scenario when a company announces a new product and hosts a call to discuss it.
In person interview and follow-up call. Have written a portion for the interview as well. The conversation was about getting to know you, your interests, your skills, cultural fit, goals, etc.

While the entire interview period was a bit lengthy (2+ months), the process was very well communicated and seemed fair. There were about 3 stages: intro call with HR, call with analyst, and in office interview with management, analyst and other team members.
