I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Wolters Kluwer (Philadelphia, PA) in Apr 2026
Interview
The interview process was pretty straightforward, The initial recruiter did well in setting expectations and timing of everything. Initial phone screen, then virtual interview with the HR Business Partner. If that went well you’d need to complete a skills assessment. If those results were good, you’d then move on to interview with the team members you’d support.
One thing to note, I was asked to travel to another city for an interview. I didn’t get the position but did inquire about travel cost reimbursement. I was told they do not do that which is very disappointing given transportation costs
