Interview
In the first interview, everything went smoothly. The person I talked to was nice and easy to talk to. But we didn't really get into any difficult topics or deep questions. Unfortunately, I didn't make it to the next round.

Questions ranges from introduction of yourself , describe projects , tell about tech stacks in that you are proficient
Recibí una llamada de RH, me hicieron preguntas generales sobre mi experiencia laboral y formación profesional.
La segunda etapa fue un challenge virtual, nos dieron dos horas para trabajar en un caso y luego cada uno de los participante expuso su solución al caso.
La tercer etapa fue una entrevista con el director del departamento, y por ultimo una con la directora general de la empresa.

Interview
2 zoom meetings, straightforward, focused more on your personality rather than skills. It is a customer facing so they want to get specific types of candidates is the impression I got from them. The job description/requirement is something you should ask more questions about as it involves non-internship-like tasks.
