Workday Technical Writer interview questions

There was a phone interview and then a technical writing sample. However, problem was they never responded after that (months after). It was difficult to get into contact with them, and altogether I was disappointed by the lack of communication and professionalism demonstrated by the Workday HR team. I've heard great things about the company itself, but I believe they should try to improve in this area as much as possible.

The interview had several stages: 1- Phone call with HR. I was asked about my professional background, qualifications, relevant experience, and the reasons I chose to apply for Workday; 2- Skype call with a US-based hiring manager. I was asked for more in-depth information about my relevant experience, as well as theoretical and practical aspects of the job (what software I use, what's my approach, had I worked as part of a SCRUM team before, etc.) 3- On-site interview. I had a total of 7 interviews in succession - 2 face-to-face interviews, following with 5 video calls with various people in the States. Everyone I interviewed with was friendly, helpful, and very open about providing information concerning the position and the company in their turn. One of the best interviewing experiences I've had so far. A few days later, HR called again with an offer, and I accepted on the spot.
