Very simple phone screening and had a fast response rate. The recruiter ignored my follow-up email and I got ghosted...very unprofessional. A lot of the reviews here say otherwise but this was my experience
First I talked to a recruiter over the phone. Then I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. Finally I interviewed with multiple panels of various members of the marketing team, including the head of marketing.
