Slow and cumbersome. I had two interviews with HR, followed up by several panel and paired interviews with different supervisors. All told I think I interviewed about seven times. Each interview asked me the same questions, with little variety - could really have been one big group. Didn't hear back form company for about a month, then got an offer out of the blue with a start date request in a week.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at World Wide Technology (Edwardsville, IL) in Feb 2015
Interview
Relaxed, but straightforward. Had a ohone interview with HR and then a 1:1 interview with HR. Then had 2 interviews for 2 different positions with multiple Material Operations Managers. Over all is was good. A little disorganized once it got beyond the HR side, but a good experience overall.
