I was in contact with the company very early on (before they were even considering for the position). I reconnected with the Recruiter when the timing was right and she helped me with the application process and whatnot. Then, I had to wait close to two months, if not more, to have an interview scheduled with the Creative Director! The waiting was excruciating, hence the negative rating, but the phone interview itself was short, sweet, and to the point. It took about 15-20 minutes, and I got a call back an hour later saying I got the job.
