I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at World Wide Technology (Saint Louis, MO) in Jun 2020
Interview
I spoke to a recruiter who spoke to a senior recruiter who spoke to me. After speaking with the senior recruiter, I was told my information would be passed to the Hiring Manager and I should anticipate 5 interviews to follow, then the recruiter explained the details of each interview . The senior recruiter said she would send information over to me. About 14 hours later, I got an email from the first recruiter saying they are "going in a different direction with the position and they will 'keep my information on file.' Thank you for applying..."
The recruiting team sounds pretty disorganized and unprofessional in my opinion.
Thanks. I don't know all the circumstances surrounding this but will share your feedback with the team. I'm sorry you didn't have a more favorable experience.

Two rounds of cases, two rounds of experience interviews, and one final founder interview. The interviews were 30 min to an hour each. The interviews felt more conversational and focused on getting to know me.
