Worst interview management, As per discussed on phone interview was scheduled @11.30 Am. I was late by 10 mins. Already 20-30 candidates were waiting for interview. Waited till 2.30 pm, then asked the guy who was calling one by one candidate for interview. His response was don't know how much time will take for interview. If you guys don't have professionalism in you, why are you calling people for interview saying that this is scheduled interview and it will be taken on time. Please stop this nonsense, again i was waited till 4.30 pm. Wasted whole day. Most of the candidates were using abusing words due to this type of interview management. ******** ***** *** **** What a horrible culture. 🙄 🙄 😠😠 If you can't do good work, please don't do bad.
