I’m a graduate of Electrical and Electronic Department in Army War Academy. I have 12-year- experience in General Staff and Land Forces HQs. For the rest of my duty in the army I worked in different units in various regions. I worked in security, counter-terrorism, intelligence, and counterintelligence issues for many years. At the same time, I worked with American colleagues in several projects. During my time in the army I also did an MBA and two MAs in Sociology and Security Strategies and Management I have been residing in Ankara, but I can be employed in any province. I possess Armed Security and Port Security Certificates. After having worked in the army for twenty four years, I retired in 2011. My military background allowed me to make the best transition to security management field in private sector. First, I worked as a Critical Sites Security Consultant at an international security company, then I started working at Securitas as a Supervisor, Project and Branch Manager, and then I worked for an International Hotel Group as a Security Manager. My ability to work as a team player, effectively manage programs, and go the extra mile, together with my attention to detail, have contributed to my successes in the management and security field. I am adept at analyzing existing security systems and developing effective future strategies and solutions using the latest methodologies and technological innovations. I am an effective organizer and planner. My outgoing and friendly nature allows me to communicate well with other staff members at all levels and I pride myself on bringing the right measure of enthusiasm into the equation. In addition, I am experienced in managing design and insallation of Physical Security Systems and CCTV, personal safety, planning and implementing security procedures for companies.
