Unprofessional interview process. Was told the interview went well and to expect next steps. Heard nothing for a week, followed up with the recruiter, then waited two more weeks only to get a rejection email. Don't string candidates along with positive feedback if you've already decided otherwise. Basic communication and respect for applicants' time shouldn't be this hard.
