Xero Customer Service Representative interview questions

Initial screening call with recruiter, second interview with Hiring Manager which includes a roleplay and final stage with Hiring Manager and Head of Sales. Questions mainly focus around experience. The main thing required from the roleplay is to take a consultative approach with a strong discovery stage.

There were 4 rounds. First round was with the recruiter. Second round was with a manager from another team which involved a lot of discussions around past experience and role fit. Third round was with the sales director, involving an instantaneous role play. Final round was with the MD.
