Started with a recruiter screen - basic screening questions. Also had intro call with hiring manager. Following this, there was a case study (discussing my past work) with a panel. I also had meetings with stakeholders from other teams (eng, marketing etc.). The last step was an exec interview with a senior leader.
Trainwreck interview process. They don't have a clue what they want or what to do to get it. The lack of clarity, multiple changes after confirmations for the process were tedious to deal with. Their internal misalignments were pretty clear on the outside. They try to get free labor done from you because they are understaffed. I would advise against interviewing with them.
